1. Who we are

Relay – Communications ("Relay") is a product of LogsNX LLC, a US limited liability company ("LogsNX", "we", "us"). Our address is 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731, USA. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle information when a business ("customer") connects its RingCentral account to Relay, when that customer's staff use Relay, and when anyone visits logsnxrelay.com.

For the calls, recordings, messages and contacts Relay captures, the customer decides what is collected and why, and we process that information on the customer's behalf as its service provider. The customer is responsible for its own notices to its callers and texters.

3. Information we collect

From RingCentral, once a customer's administrator connects it:

  • Call records: phone numbers, times, direction, duration, result (answered, missed, voicemail) and which extension or user handled the call.
  • Call recordings, if the customer records calls in RingCentral.
  • Voicemails and their transcripts.
  • Transcripts and summaries that RingCentral's own AI produces, if the customer's RingCentral plan includes them.
  • Text messages (SMS and MMS) sent to or from the customer's numbers, including attachments.
  • Basic account details needed to connect: the account and extension identifiers, names and numbers of the customer's users and lines.

From the customer's team: names, work email addresses and the notes, contacts and records they create in the workspace.

From website visitors: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time). We do not use advertising trackers on logsnxrelay.com.

4. How we use information

  • To provide Relay: log calls and messages, store recordings, match conversations to the right contact, and show them to the customer's team.
  • To keep the connection to RingCentral working, including refreshing access and receiving real-time updates.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To provide support the customer asks for.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not use the customer's calls, recordings or messages for advertising, and we do not sell them.

5. AI features

Relay stores transcripts and summaries produced by RingCentral's own AI when the customer's plan provides them.

Relay also offers optional AI features from Axon AI by LogsNX, such as tailored call and message summaries. These run only if the customer turns them on. When on, the relevant transcript or message text is processed to produce the summary, under contracts that do not allow it to be used to train third-party models.

6. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run Relay:

  • RingCentral, to read and, where the customer uses those features, act on the customer's account.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve the customer's workspace on our behalf.
  • AI processing providers, only for the optional AI features described above.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.
  • A successor, if LogsNX is merged or acquired, under the same protections.

Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Where information is stored and how it is protected

  • Each customer's data lives in its own dedicated LogsNX workspace, not in a database shared with other customers.
  • Connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). RingCentral access credentials and tokens are stored encrypted.
  • Recordings and attachments are private files that only signed-in users of that customer's workspace can open.
  • Access by LogsNX staff is limited to what is needed for support and operations.

Data is hosted in the United States or in other locations where our hosting providers operate, with equivalent safeguards.

8. How long we keep information

  • Recordings and other media are kept for 365 days by default. The customer's administrator can change this.
  • Call records, messages and contacts are kept while the customer's account is active, unless the customer deletes them sooner.
  • When a customer leaves, we provide an export of its data within 14 days on request, and delete its workspace 30 days after the account ends.
  • Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

9. Your choices and rights

  • Disconnect: a customer's administrator can disconnect RingCentral at any time, from Relay or from RingCentral. Relay then stops receiving new information.
  • Access and deletion: customers can view, export and delete their data. If you are a caller or texter and want your information accessed or deleted, contact the business you called; we will help it respond.
  • Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights to know, correct or delete personal information. Contact us and we will respond as the law requires. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

10. Text messaging

Relay captures texts sent to and from the customer's RingCentral numbers. Where a customer sends texts through Relay, it must have the recipient's consent and a number registered with US carriers (10DLC or toll-free verification).

Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by business.

11. Children

Relay is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top and tell customers by email or in the product before it takes effect.
